We're ready to launch our new Dad's Club with chances to play at recess and read in the classrooms! Click the link above to sign up!
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy a quick project that requires no artistic skills! Volunteers will photograph student artwork and upload it to Artsonia which will enable parents, grandparents and friends near and far to order merchandise with their scholar's artwork printed upon it. Once photographed, artwork will be organized into student portfolios. Raptor clearance is required. Younger siblings are permitted, but please bring items to keep them busy.
Our school has a beautiful library filled with amazing tales and our scholars need your help to find the very best one! Volunteer slots are listed by class section and we ask that you sign up for only *one* in order to give all parents a chance. If spots remain open, we'll be sure to reach out! Raptor clearance is required and younger siblings are not permitted. This time goes by quickly, so you'll need your full attention for our bookworms!
The PSO Copy Program is a great way to get to know our community and directly help the teachers with their every day needs. Help make our teachers job a bit easier by making photocopies, laminating items and preparing packets.

Lunch Room Helper (with or without a buddy):
Volunteers with or without a buddy in the lunchroom assist our 1st-5th grade classes and keep the lunchroom running smoothly. Younger siblings are welcome to serve alongside parents as a "Lunchroom Buddy." Clearance through Raptor is required for all lunchroom volunteers. Volunteer in the Lunch Room - Hot Lunch:
This sign up is for hot lunch distribution at Archway Trivium. Volunteers will receive a lunch account credit with My Hot Lunchbox. The credit is $5 per person per day, and the volunteer must be registered with a matching email to receive the credit. If you are a new server, please write “NEW” in the comment section. If you have a friend/buddy that you enjoy volunteering with, please sign up individually. If you would like to coordinate your spot with a spouse/grandparent/family member who does not have an account, please comment with the other volunteer’s name so we know who will be volunteering with you that day. All volunteers MUST be verified through Raptor Technologies Screening System to volunteer. Please email psolunch@archwaytrivium.org if you have any questions regarding the credits. Thank you for giving your time helping make the lunch program a success at Archway Trivium.
We are looking for volunteers to provide fresh fruit to the Archway Trivium teachers and staff once a week. Volunteers will shop for fruit and deliver it to the teacher workroom near the front office. Costs are fully reimbursed by the PSO.
